Kim Hyun Joong will be appearing as a guest in UV′s concert.

The UV concert will take place from May 24-25.
Yoo Se Yoon′s agency announced through a press release on May 21, “Kim Hyun Joong has come to appear in the concert thanks to the ties he established with UV through SBS′ Barefooted Friends. Kim Hyun Joong will be showing a side of himself never seen on broadcast with UV.”

Yoo Se Yoon also said through his agency, “I took a liking to Kim Hyun Joong as I saw he was a sincere friend, and I was touched at how he moved the gendong. I′m thankful he took up the offer despite his busy schedule. I believe I′ll be able to put on a great performance with the support from such great friends.”

The resident actor and actress on SBS’s ‘Barefoot Friends’ stepped into impromptu roles in a parody of ‘Wind Blows in Winter’ on the latest episode.

Traveling to Indonesia, the newest broadcast found the cast and crew given the mission, once again, to survive for 24 hours in the foreign country based on only what they could provide for themselves as a normal, everyday person.

Egged on by Kang Ho Dong and Yoon Jong Shin, UEE and Kim Hyun Joong ended up working together – providing the small screen with a beauty ratio that was simply out of this world.

Taking advantage of the unique opportunity, Kang Ho Dong told them, “The two of you look like a painting. We’ll get out of the way” – secretly letting them do all the work.

Motivations aside, UEE and Kim Hyun Joong soon found themselves engrossed in the job at hand, segueing into a parody of the SBS drama, ‘Work Blows in Winter’.

“I have a lot of money, but I came here to help oppa,” UEE told him. “If you have a lot of money, give me some. Please stop this,” Kim Hyun Joong replied in a drama tone.

HEO YOUNG SAENG OF SS501 HAS HIGH HOPES FOR HIS BAND.

This week’s episode of the Korean Broadcasting Network program “Happy Together 3″ featured a tribute to the longest running K-pop idol group Shinhwa, who are celebrating their 15th year as a group.

“Shinhwa has been together for 15 years now, and is still attracting fans of all ages,” said Heo Young Saeng who was asked to appear on the special as a fan.

“When I look at Shinhwa…it makes me reflect on my own group.”

Although SS501′s leader Kim Hyun Joong claims they have not broken up, members of the group are currently pursuing solo careers.

Heo Young Saeng said that he was impressed by the Shinhwa members’ ability to patch up arguments.

“When SS501 were together, we weren’t able to do that,” he said. “If we could promote together again, I wish we would leave behind lots of beautiful memories just like Shinhwa.”

Interestingly enough, Heo Young Saeng’s SS501 bandmates recently had the same thought, according to the Korea Star Daily.

“There was an episode of ‘Win Win’ where the Shinhwa members were guests,” he recalled.

“While I was watching the show, I thought of my SS501 members, so I sent them text messages. The members then replied that they were also watching the show, and had the same feelings as me. I really hope that there is a chance for us to promote as SS501 again.”

This week Shinhwa released their 11th album, “The Classic.”

The album features former collaborators behind Shinhwa’s hit singles “Venus” and “Once In A Lifetime,” according to the website allkpop.

Other production credits include Samuel Waermo, Robert Vadadi, Ahn Young Min and Kim Do Hyun; the songwriter behind Lee Hyori’s “Ten Minutes.”

Choi Hee, host of “Happy Together 3,” took some time to discuss Shinhwa band member Kim Dong Wan’s transformation from skinny teen idol into muscle-bound adult.

“The reason why I started building muscles is because of my ex-girlfriend,” Kim Dong Wan explained. “My girlfriend then didn’t like my skinny image. After I broke up with her, I suddenly decided to exercise and get bigger.”

In a recent recording of KBS 2TV variety show ‘Happy Together 3’ for a ‘Shinhwa Special’, the guests that were invited included Shinhwa who was celebrating their 15th anniversary, Heo Young Saeng who idolized Shinhwa since he was little, and KBS N host Choi Hee.

During the broadcast, Heo Young Saeng expressed, “Shinhwa has been together for 15 years now, and is still attracting fans of all ages. Korean singer-actor Kim Hyun-joong will hold a fan meeting in Seoul next month.

Kim will meet fans and perform for them through the “2013 KHJ Show – Party People” at the Hwa Jeong Tiger Dome in Seoul on June 8, Kim’s agency KEYEAST said through a press release on Monday.

“Since Kim is usually pursuing his activities abroad, we wanted to give his Korean fans a chance to meet him,” the agency explained.

Kim was quoted as saying, “It has been a year and a half since I had a fan meeting in Korea. I am currently working hard to make it a memorable event for my fans.”

The tickets for “2013 KHJ Show-Party People” will become available online at 4 p.m. this Thursday.

Meanwhile, Kim is busy working on not just his fan meeting but album as well, set to be released in Japan next month. Kim also stars in SBS’s variety reality show “Barefoot Friends” airing every Sunday afternoon.

After traveling all around Asia, Kim Hyun Joong will finally be returning to the motherland to greet fans in Korea.

On June 8, Kim Hyun Joong will be holding the 2013 KHJ Show – Party People concert and fanmeeting at the Korea University Hwajung Gymnasium. This will be his first fanmeeting with fans in Korea in a year and a half.

KeyEast stated, “Kim Hyun Joong always thought it was unfortunate that he couldn’t meet with Korean fans a lot due to promotions abroad. This will be his way of repaying fans who have always supported and loved Kim Hyun Joong.”

Kim Hyun Joong also added, “Please anticipate a lot, since we’re planning a lot of things to create unforgettable memories with Korean fans, who I will meeting for the first in a while.”
